Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TVS account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
